Google, Miro and Figma integrations


Matchboxxr's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, we request official access to:

  • See, edit, create, and delete only the specific Google Drive files you use with this app
  • This permission gives Matchboxxr the ability to export content to a Google Slides presentation you select.
  • See, edit, create, and delete all your Google Slides presentations
  • This permission is for Matchboxxr to count the number of pages in a presentation and get your Google Slides presentation's thumbnail.

Matchboxxr's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Miro APIs will adhere to the Use of Data section of Miro's App Development Policy.

Specifically, we request this integration so that you can export content from Matchboxxr to a chosen Miro board and optionally a chosen frame within that board.


Matchboxxr's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Figma APIs will adhere to the Figma Developer Terms.

Specifically, we request this information so that you can embed a Figma frame in your Matchboxxr project.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

There are three ways we may collect and use information about you:1. Information you voluntarily provide Matchboxxr collects the information you voluntarily provide, such as when you: (1) request Beta access; (2) make an account; (3) participate in events or promotions; (4) send questions or comments via e-mail or live chat to Matchboxxr customer support; (5) apply for a job with us online; (6) participate in research; (7) purchase a product or service; or (8) otherwise communicate with us through or about the Services. Some of this information will be personal information and Matchboxxr will only use it for the purposes for which you provide it.

For example, if you provide your email address when you contact us about a fault, we use your email address to help you with that issue. The types of personal information that you provide may include your name, e-mail address, telephone number, postal address, payment card information, and other contact or identifying information that you choose to provide.2. Where third parties are required to use the personal information we share with them only to perform services on our behalf and to treat your personal information as strictly confidential. Matchboxxr retains the personal information collected on the Website only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as permitted by applicable law.
